Purchase information

How can I place an order?

Place an order in our online store is very simple, you just have to follow these steps:

  1. Search the products that interest you on our website and access your product card.
  2. Select size and color.
  3. Click on "BUY".
  4. A pop-up window with the summary of your order will open and you will have to confirm by clicking on "MAKE ORDER".
  5. On the next screen you will have to indicate the shipping information.
  6. Once you have completed everything correctly and selected the shipping method, you must click on "MAKE PAYMENT" to be redirected to the external secure payment platform.
  7. If the payment has been made correctly, we will show you a confirmation summary of your purchase and we will send you an email with the summary of your order.

Orders are prepared and delivered to courier on the same day for purchases made Monday through Friday during business hours. In the case of orders made during the weekend, holidays or vacations announced on the web, we will prepare your order on the next working day.

In which countries can you buy online from your website?

Our online store is available in all countries.

How I can pay for my purchase?

You can pay for your purchase with the cards and through Pay Pal.

If you have problems when finalizing the purchase or with your card, please contact your bank or the gateway. For your safety, the payment is made through a secure payment gateway with very demanding validation requirements.

In the case of rejection or cancellation, you should contact your bank, we recommend that you try the purchase with another card or that you use an alternative payment method such as Paypal.

Can I make cancellations or modifications to my order?

You can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it has not left our warehouse.

We inform you that we can not change the items of an order for other different items, you must cancel the order and make a new one.

I am a company / self-employed and I need an invoice

Our online store orders are accompanied by the printed invoice, you will also receive it by email once the order has been confirmed.

I want to return a product that I have NOT purchased on this website

We are very sorry, it is only possible to make changes and returns of products purchased in our online store.

If you have any problems with products purchased from other establishments, contact the store where you purchased them, they will be happy to help you! The establishment will help you with the management and will contact us if necessary.

Shipping

When will I recive my order?
  • national: You will receive your order in 2 / 4 weekdays from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend, holiday or holidays are prepared on the next business day. Shipments made in times of high demand may be delayed.
  • Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping as a certified package Post. Delivery time up to 9 days. In this case, do not forget to provide your ID to proceed with the shipment.

Delivery times will always count from the first business day after the purchase.

If the order takes longer to be served, the client will be notified of this situation.

On dates such as Christmas, Kings and bridges you can extend the delivery dates due to saturation of transport services.

We offer you the possibility of picking up the order for free in our store on Rosario street number 17 (Seville). To do this, click on the option "Delivery in store" when you validate your basket. After finalizing your purchase, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the same in the store. Enter 1 / 3 days.

  • International: Delivery times are 8-10 days for Europe and 15-25 days for the rest of the world.
What is the shipping cost?

- Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal: 6,00 €

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 12,00 €

* Shipments FREE for purchases greater than 100,00 €.

- Europe: 18,00 €

- Rest of the World: 30,00 €

* Europe: France, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands.

How do I track my orders?

You will receive information in your e-mail about the steps completed, and another email with the carrier's tracking number, which will help you to consult your web The progress of the shipment when the package leaves our warehouses.

In the event that we detect any incident, we will contact you quickly to the email or telephone number provided.

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it to us within a period of 15 days, counted from the receipt of the product. Remember that the product must not have been used and must be in its original box in perfect condition.

To request a refund you must contact us by e-mail tiendafyr@isesa.es.

We will respond to your request by e-mail indicating the detailed instructions and the assigned reference number. You must send the package at your expense to our warehouses with the shipping method that you choose and with the assigned reference written on the outside of the package. We do not accept packages freight collect.

Once we have received the package in our warehouses and verified that it complies with all the conditions, we will refund in a maximum term of 7 days the corresponding amount through bank transfer, provided that the return is less than four business days. If you exceed this period will be returned by a voucher for the amount paid.

The amount of the product will be refunded, but the shipping, return or reimbursement costs will not be returned. In the event that you reject the purchase once you have left our stores, the amount of the product will be refunded and the transport fees generated in the refund will be deducted.

It is only possible to make changes and returns of products purchased in our online store.

How can I find out what my size is?

In general, we recommend that you choose your usual size. In case you have doubts and only in some models we can recommend buying a size more / less than usual.

What size system do you use?

The size measurement used in F & R is the European system.

Do you make half sizes?

We are very sorry, but we do not manufacture half sizes.

Our products are present in many hats, fashion stores and multi-brand stores.
